Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Statue Brothers E-Commerce Site and any purchases you make on this platform. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our site. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

  1. Definition
    - "Statue Brothers" refers to the operators of this e-commerce platform.
    - "Customer" refers to any individual or entity p    urchasing on our site.
    - "Product" refers to any item, statue, or merchandise available f    or purchase on our site.
    - "Non-refundable Deposit" refers to a partial payment made by the customer for a product, which is non-refundable.
     

  2. Eligibility
    By using our site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18 or lack legal capacity, you may only use this site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
     

  3. Currency
    All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) only.
     

  4. Ordering and Payments
    4.1. Order Placement: Customers may place orders for products through our site. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Statue Brothers.
    4.2. Pricing: Prices for products are listed on our site and are subject to     change without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current prices before making a purchase.
    4.3. Non-Refundable Deposit: All payments made to the Statue Brothers are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. Products are non-exchangeable with any other Statue Brothers' products. Statue Brothers may require customers to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their order. The deposit amount will be indicated during the order process. Once paid, this deposit is non-refundable.
    4.4. Non-refundable deposits: are not refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to order cancellations, changes in mind, or inability to fulfill the full payment.
    4.5. Forfeiture: Failure to complete the full payment for a product within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit, and the product will be made available for sale to other customers.
     

  5. Payment Methods
    We accept various payment methods as indicated on the site. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

    5.1. Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed     you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is only a confirmation that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order is subject to our review and discretion.
    5.2. Cancellation by Statue Brothers: Statue Brothers reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. If an order is canceled by us, any payments made will be refunded as per our refund policy.
    5.3. Cancellation by Customer: Customers may request order cancellations within a specified timeframe as indicated on our Site. Please note that non-refundable deposits, as detailed in Sections 4.3 and 4.4, are not refundable under any circumstances.
    5.4. Refunds: Refund policies for non-deposit amounts are provided separately and are subject to the terms outlined therein.
     

  6. Deposits and Product Release
    6.1. Deposits made to Statue Brothers for a product are refundable,  or exchangeable for an alternative product only if Statue Brothers cancels the release of that product.
     

  7. Product Release Date
    The release date of the products distributed by Statue Brothers is subject to the time required for manufacturing and obtaining necessary approvals.
     

  8. Address Verification
    Before placing an order (PO), you are solely responsible for verifying that the product can be shipped to your specified address. Shipment to post office boxes or forwarding agents is strictly prohibited. Statue Brothers will not be liable for failure to comply with  the address verification.
     

  9. Limited Stock and Unavailability
    Due to limited stock and simultaneous POs, a product you intend to purchase may become unavailable after checkout. This unavailability is not a system error. If you've already paid for an unavailable product, Statue Brothers will issue a full refund.
     

  10. Risk of Loss or Damage
    The risk of loss or damage to the product remains with Statue Brothers until the product is passed to a carrier for delivery to the address, for shipped items.
     

  11. Privacy
    Customer information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our Site. By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
     

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by and construed following the laws of Binan, Laguna, Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Binan, Laguna, Philippines.
     

  13. Changes to Terms
    Statue Brothers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates.

  15. Communication
