Refund Policy

• All collectibles are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

• No Returns Policy: All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products. Unless item received is not as described or damaged.

 

• For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 5% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all administrative and postage costs.

• Statue Brothers will ship the products only to the original buyer.

• Statue Brothers will require 30% deposit to pre-order statues and follow as NRD or “Non-refundable deposit” in case client request for cancellation.

• Prices detailed do not include shipping fees. Final shipping fees will be calculated closer to the shipping date and invoiced separately. Statue Brothers does not charge any customs duty/tax for international shipments. We offer Door-to-door shipping worldwide and Tax-FREE!
